Because every blanket is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is any problem with your order:

A clear photo of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
We will review your claim and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your blanket as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, has a defect, or is the wrong item, notify us right away at ohhappyblankets@gmail.comso we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom-made or personalized items (all our blankets are made-to-order)

Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or incorrect shipping address

Sale items
Please note: Because every product is custom-printed, we cannot restock or resell returned blankets.
Replacements & Refunds
For approved claims (defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out via email.
