🛒 Orders & Customization

Can I personalize my blanket?
Yes! Most of our woven blankets can be personalized with names, dates, locations, or custom text. Just follow the instructions on the product page and leave your details in the personalization box.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we begin working on your design shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes are only possible within 12 hours of ordering.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every blanket is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

What if there’s a mistake on my blanket?
If we made the mistake, we’ll send a corrected replacement. If the error was in the personalization you submitted, we’ll send a discount code so you can re-order at a reduced price.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does production take?
Production time is usually 3–6 business days. For personalized items, this starts after design proof approval (if applicable).

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your blanket has been produced.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email once your blanket ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Nope — we only ship within the U.S., so you won’t be charged any customs or duties.

Will everything arrive in one package?
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

How do I wash my woven blanket?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid washing with items that may snag the weave. Hang to dry.

How are the blankets made?
All blankets are woven in the USA with 100% cotton. The design is woven directly into the fabric — no printing or transfers.

What size should I order?

• 37x52 in: A great throw for kids or small spaces
• 50x60 in: Perfect for the couch or one person
• 60x80 in: Our bestseller — ideal for couples or movie nights

Can I send a blanket as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?
Not at this time. We hope to offer gift options in the future!
